Job Description:
1. Engage in market sales of agricultural supplies such as fertilizers and pesticides.
2. Conduct customer management, development, and maintenance for target customers; possess a certain degree of market acumen and market development capabilities, and be able to promptly provide feedback on effective customer information.
3. Maintain good communication with customers and grasp customer needs in real-time.
Job Requirements:
1. Junior college or above, with experience in agricultural supplies sales or a certain rural agricultural background preferred.
2. Possess good communication, interpersonal, and execution skills, as well as team collaboration spirit.
3. Responsible, courageous to take on challenges, and possess strong resilience to pressure.
4. Able to adapt to business trips.
5. Possess a van or other vehicle.
Salary Details:
Salary Structure: Base salary + fuel allowance + meal allowance + communication allowance + travel expenses + sales commission
Salary Range: 5000-20000/month
Social Security Type: Five insurances
Work Scope and Number of Recruitments:
1. Yantai-Weifang region and markets outside the province.
2. 5 people in the Yantai-Weifang region.
3. Unlimited number of people in markets outside the province.
