Liang Xiao holds a Master's degree in Agronomy and Seed Industry from Shandong Agricultural University. Currently, they serve as a research assistant in the R&D department of Shandong Rongqi Kangji Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. Their research focuses on agricultural technology innovation and the application of silicon elements, aiming to promote the green transformation of modern agriculture. As a core member of the Yantai Development Zone's innovation and entrepreneurship project in 2022, they deeply participated in the research project on "The Research and Development of New Silicon Fertilizer Products and Their Mechanisms of Action on Crops and Fruit Trees." They led the construction of a silicon fertilizer efficiency enhancement technology system, designed and completed more than 30 field control experiments, and established a dynamic monitoring model for silicon elements, providing key data support for product iteration and standardized application. They are skilled in the experimental design of crop cultivation physiology and precise soil and fertilizer analysis, proficient in operating advanced instruments such as capillary electrophoresis and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. They innovatively optimized standardized laboratory procedures, boosting R&D efficiency by 40%. They have published several papers in the field of silicon element quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, systematically revealing the molecular mechanisms of silicon fertilizer in improving crop stress resistance and optimizing yield synergy. They also participated in the compilation of the "Standardized Application Technology Guide for Silicon Fertilizer," contributing to collaborative innovation among industry, academia, and research. With a mission to empower industries with technology, they continuously explore the in-depth application of silicon elements in ecological agriculture, providing scientific solutions to address the challenges of soil improvement and upgrading the quality of agricultural products, and practicing the strategic implementation of science and technology serving rural revitalization.
